There was no altar call, just a broken man praying to God on his knees in his home, surrendering his life to Jesus while the love of Jesus poured into his empty heart. It was absolutely indescribable! In that moment, Jesus came into me and filled me with His Spirit. It was the most incredible feeling of peace and joy that anyone could possibly experience. And His overflowing presence consumed me for nearly six months! Only later did I learn that I had been “born again” and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Over the next forty years, the intimate communications, revelations and artistic inspirations would begin to manifest. In this anointed atmosphere I found true intimacy with my Maker, the Father of Creation, the Giver of Eternal Life, the intimacy I was created for.

The “Elijah Quiz” and “Jewels for the Harvest” are founded on the wonderful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. It is founded on His Word, the Holy Bible, and the promises given to those who love and obey Him. It is founded on the reality of being “born again” and “filled with the Spirit”! There is no other reality that surpasses the presence and intimacy of the Lord — our Creator God!

In 2018, at the age of 72, I was compelled by the Lord to create several works of sculpture illustrating the Old and New Testament. The work shown below is called “Satan’s Fall.” It is a Biblical illustration of Revelation 12: 3-11 (KJV). “Reaping the Harvest,” “Locust Torment,” “Song of Solomon” and “Trumpet Call” were also created in 2018.

I spent a great deal of time studying the Scriptures over the past 50 years of business, so when the Spirit moved me, I was well prepared to discover His hidden artistic abilities and express God’s profound prophecies from the Book of Revelation, Thessalonians and the Song of Solomon.

In 1999, I founded a company called Dove Homes of Texas. Over a period of six years, we designed, built and sold standard and custom homes to people in Irving and Arlington, TX. My wife, Sheila, handled all the financials. In the following decade, we purchased and renovated a number of homes and set up a rental property business.

Years earlier, Magiera created and patented the game called “Call-It.” It was sold to Jeau Nathan Toy Company in France and Ideal Toy Company in the United States. One year he created an elegant cooking ensemble called “Flaming Skewers” and sold it to Holland America Cruise Line.

In 2000, Magiera wrote a prophetic song called “The Wedding of The Lamb.” It has been professionally recorded and is available on CD through his office. Recently, he developed and patented the ArmoredCloset, the first modular, custom-built, all-steel tornado shelter with over 1,000 units sold in DFW Texas. The business is still in operation.

Sheila and I have ministered together for many years.
We pray you enjoy the Elijah Quiz and Jewels for the Harvest.

The Song of the Harvest is Here.

In 2016, the Wedding of the Lamb, was reimagined and re-recorded.  David Magiera brought together talented musicians for an amazing, creative and spirit-led recording session.  Four new versions of this incredible song of the harvest were created.

On June 18, 2016, the first song from this session was published on BrideofChrist.com.  At just under 5 minutes, this version captures the harvest message and contains the core message from the last verses of the song.  Three additional versions including a full length production of the entire work will be available in July 2016 on BrideofChrist.com

Come and worship.  Sing along!  Dance for joy to the father of the Lamb!

The We Shall Rise Worship Song to be Newly Recorded and Released in 2022

Elijah Gallery founder David Magiera is overjoyed to share with our readers that they will soon be able to hear a new version of ‘We Shall Rise.’

The We Shall Rise, the Song of the Bride, is a divine worship song about the Rapture.  It will soon be re-released in an all new recording for today’s church.

The history of this song began on May 24, 1998, while singing “in the Spirit” and worshiping the Lord, a melody, chorus and the first of 40 lines of lyrics (all arriving in rhyme) began to flow into David’s mind.  The song quickly took shape and within months, musical talent had stepped forward to record what would be enjoyed, sang and meditated on for almost 20 years — We Shall Rise.

Visitors of our site have noticed that while the imagery on our site has changed over time, new messages have been added, and new our community has grown – the We Shall Rise song has always been a cornerstone and a reason that people have come back countless times.

We cannot wait to reintroduce the song in a way that you have never heard before!

Davidic Worship

Give God glory! Give Him glory, beloved, and prepare yourself to worship Him in dance — because it truly brings glory to God! It demonstrates worship with your whole being. Dancing is part of His glorious wedding preparation… it is the self-surrendering act of glorifying the God of Creation in the assembly of His saints.

Dancing before the Lord of lords is worshiping Him with your whole mind, your whole heart and your whole soul. It delights the Father when His children worship Him with arm-in-arm, hand-in-hand, unifying dance. But more importantly, it helps humble the natural-man and usher the spirit-man into the Kingdom of God.

Dancing releases you from your “self” and produces a surrender and freedom deep within the soul. When you join in dance before the Lord you enter into true Davidic worship and you surrender your flesh and disrobe the garment of “self.” Dancing is an outward expression of a surrendered heart and soul.

King David wrote and sang these words

“Praise the Lord. Sing to the Lord a new song, His praise in the assembly of the saints. Let them praise His name with dancing and make music to Him with tamborine and harp.” “For the Lord takes delight in His people; He crowns the humble with salvation.” (Psalm 149:1,3,4)

Dancing and humility go hand-in-hand. We should desire to express our total worship of the Lord when the Holy Spirit presents the opportunity.

“There is a time for everything… a time to mourn and a time to dance.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1,4)

Our wedding garments are not made with physical fabric but the substance of obedience and adoration for the Lamb and Father God. They are woven in our times of surrender and placed upon us as we enter into the fullness of the Spirit, as we enter the Kingdom of God. Our openness, willingness and heart’s desire to glorify Him is the key to the entrance of His kingdom. Those who enter shall know the freedom of dance. Those who enter are those who “overcome” – the “wise virgins” (Mat.25:2) — prepared as a bride for Jesus. God promised this through Jeremiah:

“Then shall the virgin (the bride) rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and I will comfort them (with the Holy Spirit, the Comforter), and make them rejoice from their sorrow.” (Jeremiah 31:13)

You are being prepared

We are being prepared for the “wedding of the Lamb.” The Lord also says of the bride:

“From them will come songs of thanksgiving and the sounds of rejoicing. I will add to their numbers, and they will not be decreased; I will bring them honor, and they will not be disdained’ their community will be established before Me;” (Jeremiah 30:19,20)

King David was a man after God’s own heart; he had no pride hindering his reverence of God. King David, who danced before the Lord, put it this way:

“David said, ‘It was before the Lord, who chose me rather than your father or anyone from his house when he appointed me ruler over the Lord’s people Israel — I will celebrate (dance) before the Lord. I will become even more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes.” (2 Samuel 6:21,23)

David identifies the pride of life that keeps us from entering into true worship — the kind of worship God originally intended for His children. God inspired dancing for His glory. That was it’s original purpose! Give glory to God with your whole being — become a DAVIDIC WORSHIPER! He is the Father! He is the Son! He is your Creator… and He is worthy!

Plane Crash – When the enemy comes in like a flood!

Our plane ran out of gas and crashed in the black of night with four people on board. The impending lawsuit and trial lingered for 9 years… and in the end, we were found liable for $14,000,000.00 in damages!

It was a terrible test of faith.

In 2001, after we began our home building business, there were a few logistical problems. My young framing contractor was working a very large contract near the Mexican border. Sheila, at the time, was engaged in conversation with James, a friend of ours. James was a licensed pilot. This set of circumstances gave Sheila and me the idea of getting a loan at the bank and buying a used airplane. Our partner could get a ride back to Ft. Worth, the pilot could fly it at his leisure at no cost and we could use it too – hopefully for ministry trips. It would be a win, win for everyone involved. Within a month we owned a 1974 Piper Comanche like the one in the photo. We had the plane just two days before God allowed the enemy to play his hand – the plane ran out of gas and crashed!

The pilot misjudged the climb rate and fuel consumption on his very first flight back from the Mexican border and ran out of gas in the dark of night. The plane crashed with 4 people on board. No one was killed but backs were broken and a woman was left paralyzed from the waist down. Sheila and I didn’t even know that there were going to be passengers invited on the plane. It was the pilot’s fault but we were the note-holders on the plane. We only had a minimum liability insurance policy on the plane which we purchased the day before.

The lawsuit didn’t take long to materialize. It took eight painful, patience-building years of delays before we finally went to trial — and then the trial lasted three full weeks! The prosecuting attorney was determined to get at any money we might have. What the jury didn’t know was that we only had a minimum insurance policy. In addition, the jury was fooled by three legally complicated questions which the judge allowed into the jury’s deliberation. The deck was “stacked” against us.

On the final day of the trial, I walked the floors of the courtroom and “prayed in the Spirit” while the jury deliberated. I prayed into the night. In a small town like this, everyone, including the jury, remained sequestered in the building. It was 1:30 in the morning before the jury reached their verdict and came back into the courtroom. Though they had not intended it, the jury found us liable for  $14,000,000.00 in damages! Sheila and I were personally liable for the entire monetary award. The machinations of the prosecuting attorney — and the nefarious, convoluted questions which he manipulated in to the jury deliberation — had done their job.

Though we stood, prayed and trusted that God would not allow the enemy to destroy our lives, we still had to endure the verdict. We were devastated! We were tested! But we stood on His promises!

We had to surrender all to the Lord… and we would ultimately have to file bankruptcy and lose everything we had.

Sheila and I learned that the legal process in the United States is sometimes very unfair, agonizingly slow and very expensive. The attorney fees for this nine year trial came to more than $2,250,000.00! Needless to say, the attorney fees alone would throw us into bankruptcy. But because of the favor of God, Avemco (our insurance company) hired an outside attorney firm to give an opinion regarding our attorney fees. The firm determined that our insurance company should pay our attorney fees. Avemco honored the outside opinion. Avemco would be paying all attorney fees.

It is now 30 days later and our attorneys have filed an appeal with the Texas Court of Appeals in Houston. We waited, trusted and stood on God’s promises for another 9 months before our appeal would be heard. We had peace because we believed God’s promises. Standing on His promises was the only weapon we had to fight the temptation to worry and fear. There was tremendous opportunity to live in fear. But we didn’t allow evil to destroy our daily efforts. All during and after the trial we continued to build homes and expand the ministry outreach. Much of what you see and read on this website was inspired during the nine year period of the trial. God is faithful to His promise “to never forsake His children.”

The day for our appeal finally arrived and we were instructed to drive to El Paso, Texas to face our adversary one last time. Our attorneys were extremely prepared as they were during our trial, but this time we were not at the mercy of a jury who did not understand the law and who could be manipulated by an evil adversary. This time justice prevailed. By the grace of God, the three-member Appeals Court reversed the judgment of the trial!

The prosecuting attorney then submitted that ruling to the Texas Supreme Court. After another two more months of waiting, we learned that the Supreme Court of Texas refused to hear it. Sheila and I were freed from the devastation the enemy of our souls desired to bring upon our lives.Glory to God!

The devil came in like a flood, but God was true to His Word and we were vindicated.

God’s Word gives promises to take by faith, believe in your heart and stand on for your life:

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17)

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5,6)

“Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. Even so, I will defend my own ways before Him. He also shall be my salvation…” (Job 13: 15,16)
